Job Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the sales and distribution network by the SIM & Data Sales Outlets in the allocated cluster to the maximum extent possible
  • Boost business and customer share, ensure high-income ticket products and applications are sold
  • Create monthly plans to increase profits from sales
  • Market analysis, competition, and relevant reports
  • Manage partners to drive basic distribution parameters such as profit from channels and satisfaction from channels
  • Lead the TSM group, manage the implementation of company KPIs with industry relations, customer service, and advertising departments.
  • Provide the marketing team with information on the competition and relevant feedback
  • Direct TSMs to achieve and coach company KPIs to assume greater responsibilities

Skills Required

  • Ability to lead large teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Enterprising and the ability to convince

Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Telco/ FMCG / related industries

Educational Qualifications: PGDM/MBA

Purpose & Impact

An ability to actively manage the frontline Territory Sales Managers (at least 2 reporting directly), to boost Airtel’s products and services sales vigorously. Boost various investors through territories in the distribution network to meet targets
